ENERGY: ENERGEST
Is a two year collaborative Project with a budget of 1.5 million Euros. The aim of the project is to develop a system for the energetic management and optimisation of industrial sites. This project lead by SEAT will be coordinated by CTM´s new Energy Area. This Area, which is being created at the moment and has been promoted by the management of the centre as a new opportunity for the diversification of CTM´s activity, leads and coordinates the activities of this project.
Two other SMEs and one innovation centre of the XiT of ACC1Ó CIDEM-COPCA participate in the project. The objective is to carry out research into new expert systems based on Artificial Intelligence which will allow the optimisation of the consumption in one of the workshops of SEAT´s site. CTM´s new line of work -energy- together with SEAT will take care of the characterisation of the energetic consumptions of the manufacturing process.
