Improvement of the thermal isolation properties of concrete bricks
MAISTERLADHOR is a project financed by the CDTI for the company PERMORSA (Prefabricados y Montajes Reus S.L). The objective of the project is to study the new doses for the manufacturing of concrete prefabricated items by using either recycled ceramics or prefabricated concrete (with the subsequent adjustment and optimisation of the machinery necesarry for carrying out the recycling) or using new raw materials such as the ones used for obtaining lime mortar with the aim of meeting all the requirements of the new CTE. Moreover the project proposes to carry out characterisation tests, according to the regulations, on the prefabrication of concrete so as to check the compliance with the regulations and requirements of the new CTE. All of this has involved the adjustment and optimisation of the parameters of the manufacturing process, which is also considered one of the objectives of the project.
