ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY: PIIBE (Project for the promotion of biodiesel in Spain)
It is a CENIT project lead by REPSOL which was initially conceived to favor the incorporation of biodiesel in the national market through R+D activities; minimising this way the use of fossils. CTM´s activities focus on carrying out ACV studies so as to be able to evaluate the possibility of manufacturing lubricants starting from the wastes obtained in the production of oil.
